Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia 2026 — terms of sale and entry. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following.

1. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a per ticket per day basis.
2. There is no age restriction to enter the Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia.
3. However, the Parent/Guardian is obliged to supervise their children at all times. Children of age 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult to gain admission.
4. The Adult’s ticket is for those 13 years old (born before or on 31 December 2013) and above, while the Kids’ ticket is for those from 6 years old (born before or on 31 December 2020) to 12 years old. Free admission applies to Children aged 5 years and below.
5. Visitors may be required to provide ID for verification purposes i.e. during the wristband redemption at the venue.
6. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or EXCHANGE OF TICKETS is allowed once the ticket is sold.
7. LOST or DAMAGED wristbands will not be replaced.
8. Wristbands are colour coded in 3 different colours specifically for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Only the right colour coded ticket on that specific day will be permitted to enter the exhibition hall. Re-entries are only permitted on the same day itself.
9. Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. The Organiser of Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia reserves the right to confiscate and block those complimentary tickets from entering the hall.
10. The Organiser of Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
11. The Organiser of Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on all Tokyo Auto Salon Malaysia online platforms immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
12. Visitors acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the event, including those related to travel to and from the venue, such as weather changes, traffic delays, public transport disruptions, or limited parking availability.
13. Visitors will be held liable for any damage caused to displayed items at the event. They also assume responsibility for any loss of personal property at the venue. Parents or guardians will be fully responsible for any damages caused by their children.
14. The parent/guardian acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions for themselves and the children under their care and agrees to make all reasonable efforts to uphold their duty of care toward the children.
15. All visitors agree to release the ORGANISER (Voyager Sdn Bhd) and MAEPS, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Partners, Agents from any liability regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the Event.
16. Please note that all transactions made via credit card, debit card, or FPX will appear as “V-CIRCLE PAY”, our trusted payment gateway partner, on your bank statement.
